Missing data
Records you expected to see but can’t find.
First, rule out sync
Vehium syncs in real time, but a flaky connection or a stale app cache can make records look missing.
- Pull-to-refresh on mobile, or click the circular refresh icon on web/desktop.
- Sign out and sign back in.
- On mobile, force-close the app and reopen.
Check filters
If a record is outside the currently applied filters, it won’t appear. For example:
- Services list has a status tab — if you’re on Completed you won’t see in-progress services.
- Date-range filters may be narrower than you think. Clear the date range.
- Client/vehicle list search boxes may still have text in them.
Permissions
If a teammate created a record as Private, only they and admins can see it. Ask an admin to change it to Public, or ask the creator to share.
Did someone delete it?
The activity feed on the dashboard logs deletions, but only for the last 30 days. If a record was deleted in that window, email support with the approximate date and record name — we can restore it from backup during the 35-day disaster-recovery window.
Are you on the right account?
Multi-workshop users: check the workshop selector in the top-left. Records in other workshops don’t show up in the current one.
Still missing?
Email info@vehium.com. Include:
- The type of record (client / vehicle / service / invoice).
- Identifying details (name, plate, invoice number).
- When you last saw it.
- Who might have deleted it, if anyone.
