Vehium (customer app)

Vehium is the customer app for vehicle owners. It pairs with a workshop that uses Vehium Workshop so you can see everything your garage has logged against your vehicles, in one place.

What you get

• Every vehicle you own, in one list.
• The full service history your workshop has logged.
• Automatic MOT expiry reminders (push at −30 days and −7 days, email at −3 days).
• Push notifications when a service is scheduled, started, or completed.
• Photos you or your workshop have uploaded against your cars.

Quick start

1. Create an account

   Sign up on iOS, Android, or web using the email your workshop has on file. See create an account.

2. Pair with your workshop

   Pairing is automatic when your account email matches the email on your workshop’s client record. See how pairing works.

3. Browse your vehicles and history

   See every vehicle the workshop has linked to you plus the full service history.

4. Turn on notifications

   Enable push notifications to get MOT reminders and service updates. See notifications.

How pairing works

Vehium uses your email address to link your account to the client record at your workshop. If your workshop has added you as a client using the same email you sign up with, your vehicles and service history appear automatically — no codes, no manual linking.

If nothing appears after you sign in, ask your workshop to check the email on file in client details, then sign out and sign in again.

Privacy

Only the workshop that added you as a client can log services against your vehicles. You can read or export your data at any time from your account, and deleting your account removes your personal data from Vehium. Full terms: privacy policy.
