Photos attached to a specific service order. Perfect for documenting findings, showing customers what you saw, and building a long-term visual record.

Service vs vehicle photos

Two distinct galleries:

• Service photos live on the service page. They’re specific to that job (e.g. a crack you found on a brake disc during this service).
• Vehicle photos live on the vehicle page. They’re general, persistent records of the car.

Capturing photos

1. Open the service.
2. Scroll to the Photos section.
3. Click + Add photos.
4. Pick Take a photo (mobile), Choose from library, or Upload (desktop/web).

Limits

• JPEG, PNG, HEIC — automatically compressed to max 2 MB on the client before upload.
• Up to 10 MB raw file size per photo before compression.
• No hard limit on photos per service.

Viewing and sharing

Click any thumbnail for the full-size viewer (swipe on mobile, arrow keys on web). Service photos are included in the service log PDF when you export multi-service logs.
