Email info@vehium.com from the address on your account. Include:
- Your workshop name (so we find the right account).
- The exact error text or a screenshot.
- The time it happened (with time zone).
- What device and browser/desktop version.
- The desktop log if it’s a desktop issue.
Support responds within one business day. Billing issues are prioritized.
