Why separate accounts

• Activity feed attributes actions correctly (who created this service, who edited that invoice).
• You can revoke access when someone leaves without disturbing the owner account.
• Roles limit what each person can see or change.

The Employees page shows every staff member with their name, roles, email, and phone. Search supports name, email, or phone (same matching rules as client search).
