Is there a free trial?

Yes — every new Vehium Workshop account gets a 7-day free trial with every feature unlocked. No credit card required. See Your 7-day trial.

Does Vehium work offline?

Partially. The desktop and mobile apps buffer short network drops and queue changes until connectivity returns. Sustained offline work isn’t supported — you need a connection to sign in and sync.

Can multiple employees use the same account?

Technically possible but not recommended. Create a separate employee record for each team member so the activity log is accurate and you can revoke access individually when someone leaves.

How secure are my customer records?

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256) on Google Cloud Platform. Payment details are handled by Stripe and never touch Vehium servers. See the privacy policy for details.

Can I export my data?

You can export individual invoices and service logs as PDF. Bulk export isn’t in the UI today; contact support if you need a full archive.

How many devices can I use at once?

Unlimited. Your account works on web, desktop, iOS, and Android concurrently. Each device is billed per seat (the employee) rather than per device.

Can I manage multiple workshops on one account?

Yes, on enterprise plans. Each workshop has its own clients, vehicles, services, and reports — but you sign in once and switch between them from the top-left selector. Contact sales for enterprise pricing.

Which languages are supported?

The UI is available in English, Greek, Bulgarian, German, Spanish, French, Italian, and Russian. See Theme & language.

What’s the customer app?

Vehium has a companion app for vehicle owners (plain “Vehium”, as opposed to “Vehium Workshop”). Customers of your workshop can install it to see their vehicles, MOT reminders, and service history. See the customer docs.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Your subscription runs until the end of the paid period, then stops. Data is preserved for 30 days in cold storage after lapse; up to 90 days total if you subscribe again.
