Services
A service is any job performed on a vehicle — from a routine oil change to a full overhaul. Services are the heart of Vehium Workshop, tying vehicle, client, inspection findings, photos, and invoice together.
Service lifecycle
- Create a service, selecting a vehicle and a date.
- Add inspection items — either individually from the catalog, or in bulk from a pre-made template.
- Update each item with its condition and notes as work progresses.
- Attach photos to document findings.
- Add an invoice with line items, prices, and VAT.
- Mark complete — set the next service date/odometer.
