Your 7-day free trial
Every new Vehium Workshop account begins with a 7-day free trial. Here’s what that means.
What’s included
Every feature is fully unlocked during the trial:
- Unlimited clients, vehicles, services, and employees
- Inspection items, pre-made service templates, photos
- Invoicing with PDF export
- Dashboard, reports, MOT tracking
- Web + desktop + mobile apps with full sync
When it starts
The clock starts the moment you verify your email — not when you sign up. So if you create an account but take a few days to click the verification link, you still get a full 7 days of trial from activation.
No credit card required
You won’t be asked for a payment method to start the trial. Vehium only asks for a card when you actively choose a plan.
Trial ending soon
With 2 days or less remaining, a banner appears across the app reminding you to pick a plan. Your data isn’t touched — the banner is just a nudge.
When it ends without a plan
If you don’t subscribe before the trial ends, your account moves into the Payment required state:
- You can still sign in.
- You can still view every record you’ve created.
- You cannot create or edit new records until you subscribe.
- Your data is preserved — subscribing at any point restores full access instantly.
If your account sits in Payment required without subscribing, Vehium will eventually delete it. The clock starts on the day your subscription (or trial) ends:
- Day 60 — first “we miss you” reminder email.
- Day 90 — second reminder: 30 days left.
- Day 113 — final warning: 7 days left.
- Day 120 — account and all data permanently deleted.
Subscribing again at any point before day 120 cancels the deletion automatically and restores everything. After day 120 the data is gone.
How to convert before the trial ends
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Review the plan cards and click Choose plan.
- You’re redirected to Stripe checkout in a new tab.
- Enter your card, confirm, and return to the app — subscription activates within a few seconds.
