Add an employee
Give a teammate their own login.
How to open the form
- Employees page → + New employee.
- Dashboard → New employee quick action.

Tell them the username + password
Vehium doesn’t automatically email new employees their credentials. Share the username and initial password through a secure channel (in person, signal, 1Password share) and ask them to change the password on first login.
After saving
The employee appears in the Employees list. They can sign in immediately at app.vehium.com or any Vehium app on any device with the username/password you provided. First-login prompts them to change the password.
