Dashboard

The first screen you see after signing in. Your workshop at a glance: how many clients, which services are in flight, what revenue looks like, and what happened recently.

Sections on the dashboard

  1. Summary cards — total clients, total vehicles, active services, services completed today.
  2. Growth cards — new clients and vehicles this month, with month-over-month change.
  3. Revenue — monthly net / VAT / gross, and a 30-day line chart.
  4. Service pipeline — horizontal bar split by status (in-progress, waiting for parts, completed, cancelled).
  5. Recent activity — last 10 events across services, clients, and invoices.
  6. Top clients — by service count or spend.
  7. Vehicle brands — distribution pie chart.
  8. Quick actions — one-click buttons for new service, new client, new vehicle, new employee.

Dive deeper

Refreshing

The dashboard polls for updates on load. Pull-to-refresh on mobile, or click the circular refresh icon in the top-right on web and desktop. Most widgets update within a second; the 30-day revenue chart can take a little longer if you have lots of invoices.

Empty dashboard?

A brand-new account shows zeros across the board. Add a client, a vehicle, and create a service to see the metrics come to life.
