Your personal details. This is how teammates and the activity log refer to you.
Editable fields

| Username | Alphanumeric, no spaces. You use this to log in. You can change it — old sessions stay signed in. |
| First name | Shown on invoices when you create them. |
| Last name | Shown alongside your first name in the activity log. |
| Where notifications and password resets go. | |
| Phone | Mobile number (with country code). |
| Home number | Optional secondary contact. |
| Avatar | JPEG or PNG, up to 5 MB. |
Upload a profile photo
- Click the avatar placeholder (the circle with your initials).
- Choose Upload from computer or, on mobile, Take a photo.
- Crop the square preview.
- Hit Save.
Tip
Square photos at 512×512 or larger look sharpest across web, desktop, and mobile.
Saving changes
Click Save at the bottom of the panel. You’ll see a confirmation toast when the update succeeds. If a validation error comes back (e.g. username already taken), the offending field is highlighted in red with an explanatory message.
Who sees what
- Teammates (other employees) see your name and avatar in service assignments and activity feeds.
- Customers see only your name on invoices you’ve created — not your photo, email, or phone.
