Set your password

The final step before your first login. Pick something strong and memorable.

Password rules

Vehium enforces strong-password requirements to protect customer data. Your password must be:

At least 12 characters long
Contain at least one uppercase letter (A–Z)
Contain at least one lowercase letter (a–z)
Contain at least one digit (0–9)
Contain at least one special character (!@#$%&*? etc.)

Tip — use a passphrase

Three or four random words with some symbols and a digit is stronger and easier to remember than a short cryptic string. Example: Wheels-On-Highway-42!

How to set it

Arrive at the Set password screen after email verification.
Type your new password. The meter fills in green as you meet each rule.
Re-type it in the second field to confirm.
Click Save password. You’re signed in and dropped at the dashboard.

If the set-password link expired

The set-password link is valid for 7 days. If it has expired, go to Forgot password, enter your email, and request a fresh link. Use the same rules above.

Storing your password

Vehium recommends using a password manager (iCloud Keychain, 1Password, Bitwarden, etc.) to store the password. We never display it again after you save it — if you forget, you’ll need to reset.
