A client is a person or company whose vehicles you service. This section shows how to create them, find them fast, and dive into their full history.
What a client record holds
- Identity — first name, last name.
- Contact — email, phone (international format supported).
- Address — street, city, state, postal code, country.
- Linked vehicles — every car you’ve touched for them.
- Service history — every service order tied to any of their vehicles.

If the client’s email matches a user of the Vehium customer app, their vehicles automatically appear in their vehicle-owner app too — including MOT alerts. Double-check the email field when you create or edit a client.
