First login & trial
You’re in. Here’s what’s on your screen and what to do next.
What you land on
After setting your password you arrive on the Dashboard. It’s empty for now — you haven’t added any clients, vehicles, or services yet — so most metrics show 0 and the activity feed is blank. That’s normal.
Recommended first steps
- Fill in your workshop profile. Company name, VAT, address, and phone number appear on invoices.
- Set your working hours. Used for scheduling and the public listing.
- Upload a profile photo. Useful if you’ll have multiple employees.
- Add a client and their vehicle. Real data or a test record — either is fine.
- Create a service. Walk through adding inspection items, photos, and an invoice.
Understanding your trial state
You’ll see a banner near the top of the app showing days left in your trial. Trial state can be:
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Trial active | Every feature is unlocked. No payment required yet. |
| Trial ending soon | Under 2 days left. Visit Billing to pick a plan. |
| Payment required | Trial ended without a subscription. You can still sign in and view existing data, but you can’t create new records. |
| Subscription active | You’ve picked a plan and payment succeeded. Everything keeps working. |
Data entered during the trial is preserved when you subscribe. If you cancel or let the trial lapse, records stay accessible (read-only) for 120 days. Subscribing again before then restores full access; after day 120 the data is permanently deleted — see data retention.
Switching between devices
Your account works across every platform. Log in with the same username and password on web, desktop, iOS, or Android — everything syncs in real time.
