Comparing plans
The live plan cards in Settings → Billing show current pricing for your region, including any promotional discounts. The canonical pricing page lives at vehium.com/#pricing.
Pick a plan
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Review the plan cards (features, monthly price, user seats).
- Click Choose plan on the one you want.
- You’re redirected to Stripe checkout in a new tab.
- Enter your card, confirm your billing address, and submit.
- Stripe redirects you back to Vehium. The page shows Subscription active.
Card details are entered and stored on Stripe’s side. Vehium only receives a token that represents the subscription — we never see the card number.
Upgrading and downgrading
To switch plans:
- Open Settings → Billing.
- Click Change plan next to your current subscription.
- Pick the new plan.
- Confirm the proration on the summary screen — upgrading charges the difference immediately; downgrading credits the difference to your next invoice.
Cancelling
You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. The subscription stays active through the paid-through date, then moves to Payment required. Data is preserved as described in the trial article.
Invoices & receipts
After every successful charge Stripe emails you a receipt. You can also download a PDF invoice for any past charge from Settings → Billing → Invoices.
