Subscription & plans

Compare plans and pick the one that matches your workshop.

Comparing plans

The live plan cards in Settings → Billing show current pricing for your region, including any promotional discounts. The canonical pricing page lives at vehium.com/#pricing.

Pick a plan

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Review the plan cards (features, monthly price, user seats).
  3. Click Choose plan on the one you want.
  4. You’re redirected to Stripe checkout in a new tab.
  5. Enter your card, confirm your billing address, and submit.
  6. Stripe redirects you back to Vehium. The page shows Subscription active.
Secure checkout

Card details are entered and stored on Stripe’s side. Vehium only receives a token that represents the subscription — we never see the card number.

Upgrading and downgrading

To switch plans:

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Change plan next to your current subscription.
  3. Pick the new plan.
  4. Confirm the proration on the summary screen — upgrading charges the difference immediately; downgrading credits the difference to your next invoice.

Cancelling your subscription

You can cancel your subscription directly from inside Vehium — no Stripe portal trip required. The cancellation is scheduled for the end of your current paid period, so you keep full access until then and you’re not charged again.

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. Under Active subscription, click Cancel subscription.
  3. Confirm in the dialog. The card now reads Subscription scheduled to end with the exact date you lose access.
  4. You stay on your plan until that date, then the account moves to Payment required.

You won’t be charged again. No refund is issued for the unused part of the current period — you keep access for the time you already paid for.

Only workshop admins can cancel

The Cancel subscription button is only visible to users with the Admin role, since it affects the whole workshop’s billing.

Changed your mind? Reactivate before the end date

While the subscription is in the “scheduled to end” state, you can undo the cancellation in one click:

  1. Open Settings → Billing.
  2. On the Subscription scheduled to end card, click Reactivate subscription.
  3. Confirm in the dialog. Billing resumes on its normal cycle — your next charge happens on the date you would have otherwise lapsed.

If the period has already ended (the card now shows Payment required), reactivation is no longer available — just pick a plan again and check out as normal. See Subscription status.

Your data is kept for 120 days after the period ends

After your subscription lapses, your records stay in place but read-only. You’ll get reminder emails at 60, 90, and 113 days. On day 120 the account and all its data are permanently deleted. Subscribing again at any point before that resets the clock and restores everything — see data retention for the full timeline.

Deleting your workshop cancels the subscription for you

If you delete your workshop instead, the Stripe subscription is cancelled automatically — at the end of the current billing period during the 30-day grace, or immediately if you choose instant deletion. You don’t need to cancel separately.

Invoices & receipts

After every successful charge Stripe emails you a receipt. You can also download a PDF invoice for any past charge from Settings → Billing → Invoices.
