Find any client in under a second.

The search box

The top of the Clients list has a single search field. It matches across:

First or last name (partial, case-insensitive)
Email (partial)
Phone number (digits only, ignores spaces and +)

Example queries:

mari → Maria Garcia, Marino Rossi, Maristella Conti…
@hotmail → every client with a Hotmail address.
07123 → matches any phone containing that sequence.

No results?

Try a shorter substring.
Check you’re on the right account — clients are scoped per workshop.
Confirm the client isn’t under a different spelling. Search ignores accents, so Jose will find José.

Tip

Searching by phone number is the fastest way to pull up the right record when a customer rings in — just type the last four or five digits of their number.
