Who can access

Admins and Managers see the Reports page. Mechanics and Receptionists do not — see Roles & permissions.

What’s scheduled and in-flight across your pipeline.

At a glance

Total clients (lifetime).
Recurring clients (clients with 2+ services this year).
Total services, with in-progress count highlighted.
Total vehicles with in-progress vs completed breakdown.
Workshop count (for multi-shop accounts — usually 1).
