Sign out

End your session on the current device.

How to sign out

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right of the app.
  2. Choose Sign out from the menu. A confirmation dialog appears.
  3. Click Sign out to confirm.

The app returns to the login screen and your authentication tokens are discarded.

Sessions on other devices

Signing out only affects the current device. Your session on other browsers, phones, and the desktop app stays active. To sign out everywhere:

  1. Change your password (this invalidates refresh tokens on other devices within a few minutes).
  2. Sign out of each active device individually.
Shared device?

Always sign out on a shared or public computer. Your session would otherwise persist in the browser’s local storage until it expires or someone else signs in.

Automatic sign-out

For security, Vehium tokens rotate on a schedule. If you leave the app idle for a long time, you’ll be prompted to sign in again when you return — usually after about two weeks of inactivity, or immediately if you revoke tokens on the server side.
