Client service history

Everything you’ve ever done for this client, across every vehicle they own.

Where to find it

On the client detail page, scroll to Service history. It’s a paged list, newest first.

What each row shows

• Service date (and completion date if different).
• Status badge (in progress, waiting for parts, completed, etc.).
• The vehicle (make, model, plate).
• Short description.
• Inspection-item count.
• A chevron to expand or open the full service page.

Filters

• Status — narrow by one or multiple.
• Date range — from / to (inclusive).
• Vehicle — if the client has several cars.

Expanding a row

Clicking the chevron on a row reveals:

• The inspection items (categorized).
• Any photos attached.
• The invoice total if one was issued.

For the full editing view, click the row itself.

Exporting the history

Vehium doesn’t export client history as a single report today, but you can:

• Open each service and export its invoice as PDF.
• Select multiple rows on a vehicle’s page and print them as a combined service log.
