Can’t sign in
Solutions for the most common login problems.
Forgot your password
- On the login screen, click Forgot password.
- Enter your account email address.
- Wait 1–2 minutes for the reset email.
- Click the link in the email and set a new password (rules: 12+ characters with upper, lower, digit, symbol).
Reset link expired
Reset links are valid for 15 minutes. If yours expired, request a new one — there’s no limit on how many you can send.
Reset email didn’t arrive
- Check spam / junk. Allowlist
no-reply@vehium.com. - Try again — occasionally a corporate filter swallows the first email.
- Make sure you entered the correct email (typos are surprisingly common).
- Email info@vehium.com from a different account you can access.
Username not recognized
Try signing in with your email instead — Vehium accepts either username or email. If neither works, your account may have been created under a different address than you remember. Contact support.
Account locked
After 10 failed sign-in attempts in a short window, an account is temporarily locked for 15 minutes. Wait and try again — or trigger a password reset, which also lifts the lock.
Employee locked out by admin
If an admin disabled your employee account or removed all your roles, you’ll see “Access denied”. Ask the admin to restore your roles from the Employees page.
Vehium plans to offer optional 2FA in a future release. Today, protect your account by using a unique, strong password and a password manager.
