MOT reminders
Never miss an MOT. Vehium tracks every vehicle’s MOT expiry date and reminds you with enough lead time to book a test.

Push notifications must be enabled
MOT reminders use the Vehium customer app’s push channel. If you’ve disabled notifications, you’ll still get the email ones — turn push back on in Notifications.
MOT history
On a vehicle’s detail page, the MOT history section lists every test the workshop has logged:
- Test date and result (pass / fail / advisory).
- Odometer reading at test.
- Advisories and defects, if any.
- Certificate reference number (where applicable).
Who enters the MOT
Your workshop enters MOT results. If you had the test done elsewhere, ask your workshop to add it to your vehicle record — the reminder dates and history then become accurate.
The status badge
On the vehicles list, each vehicle carries a colour-coded MOT status:
- Valid — more than 30 days until expiry.
- Due soon — 30 days or fewer remaining.
- Expired — past the expiry date.
