Create a Vehium account
Sign up as a vehicle owner in under a minute. No credit card, no subscription — the customer app is free.
Where to sign up
- iOS: open the Vehium app from the App Store, tap Sign up.
- Android: open the Vehium app from Google Play, tap Sign up.
- Web: go to customer.vehium.com and click Create account.
Use the email your workshop has on file
If you use the same email your workshop uses for your client record, your vehicles and service history appear automatically on first sign-in. See how pairing works.

Verify your email

Submit the sign-up form
We send a verification link to the email you provided.

Click the link
Open the email on any device and click the verification link — it activates your account.

Sign in
Return to the app and sign in. Your vehicles appear automatically if the workshop email matches.
Set your password
You set your password after email verification. Passwords must be at least 8 characters. We recommend a passphrase rather than a complex password.
Common problems
- Email not arriving: wait 1–2 minutes, then check spam/junk. Add
no-reply@vehium.comto your contacts. - Email already registered: tap Sign in instead, then use forgot password if needed.
- No vehicles appear after sign-in: your workshop may have a different email on file. See pairing.
