My vehicles aren’t showing up
This almost always means the email on your Vehium account doesn’t match the email your workshop has on file. See pairing: email mismatch. Ask your workshop to update your client record, then pull down to refresh in the app.
I’m not getting notifications

Check system permissions
See enable push notifications for iOS, Android, and web steps.

Check in-app categories
Open Settings → Notifications in the Vehium app and make sure the category you care about is on.

Disable quiet hours
If quiet hours are active, pushes arrive silently. Disable them in Settings → Notifications → Quiet hours.

Check iOS Focus
On iOS 15+, Vehium may be filtered by Do Not Disturb or another Focus profile. Add Vehium to allowed apps.
I didn’t get a verification email
- Wait 1–2 minutes and refresh your inbox.
- Check spam / junk.
- Add
no-reply@vehium.comto your contacts and request a new email from the sign-in screen.
Forgot password
Tap Forgot password on the sign-in screen. We send a reset link. Links expire after 60 minutes — if the link is expired, request a fresh one.
The app is stuck loading

Check your internet
Toggle wifi or mobile data, or try a different network.

Force-quit and reopen
Swipe the app away in the app switcher, then reopen it.

Sign out and back in
From Settings → Sign out, then sign in again.

Update to the latest version
Check the App Store or Google Play for updates and install the latest.
My service history looks outdated
Pull down to refresh on the vehicle detail page. If a recent service still isn’t appearing, ask your workshop to confirm it’s saved on their side — occasionally a service is still in a draft state and isn’t visible to the customer app until it’s scheduled or completed.
