Service history
Every service your workshop has logged against your vehicle, in chronological order.
Where to find it
Open a vehicle from the Vehicles tab, then scroll to the Service history section. The most recent service is at the top.
What each service shows
- Status: scheduled, in progress, or completed.
- Date in and date out.
- Mileage recorded at the start of the job.
- Inspection items — the checks and replacements performed (e.g. brake pads, oil and filter, timing belt).
- Parts and labour, with line-item totals.
- Photos attached by the workshop (before/after, damage, receipts).
- Notes the workshop has shared with you.
- Invoice — downloadable PDF for completed services.
Live updates
While a service is open, the status, notes, and photos update in real time. You’ll get a push notification when the workshop:
- Schedules a service for one of your vehicles.
- Starts the job (moves to in progress).
- Completes the job and issues the invoice.
Download the PDF
Completed services have an Invoice button that opens a PDF. The PDF includes:
- Workshop name, address, VAT number.
- Your name and the vehicle details.
- Line items, subtotal, VAT, grand total.
- A legal reference number that matches the workshop’s bookkeeping.
