Pair with your workshop
Your Vehium customer account links to your workshop automatically — no codes to type, no QR codes to scan.
How it works
When you sign up, Vehium looks for a client record at any workshop where the email matches yours. If it finds one, everything that workshop has logged against you appears in your app:
- Every vehicle linked to your client record.
- The complete service history.
- MOT history and upcoming MOT reminders.
- Photos your workshop has attached to your vehicles or services.
More than one workshop
You can be a client at more than one workshop. Vehium pairs with every workshop that has your email on file, and merges all your vehicles into a single list.
Pairing runs automatically whenever a workshop adds a new client with your email. You’ll get a notification and the new vehicles appear on your next app refresh — no need to do anything.
If your workshop has a different email
Ask your workshop to update the email on your client record:

In Vehium Workshop, they find your client record.

Workshop updates the email
They edit the email to match the one you used to sign up for the customer app.

You refresh the app
Pull down to refresh — or sign out and back in. Pairing happens the next time the app opens.
Privacy
Pairing is one-way read-only. You see what your workshop has logged, but you can’t change service records, invoices, or MOT entries — those are owned by the workshop. See the privacy policy for the full data model.
