Your vehicles
Every car, motorcycle, or truck your workshop has linked to you — in one list.
The vehicles list
Open the Vehicles tab. Each vehicle shows:
- Make, model, and year.
- Licence plate.
- A status badge for MOT expiry: valid, due soon, or expired.
- The workshop that owns the record (when you’re paired with more than one).
Vehicle detail
Tap a vehicle to open its detail page. You’ll see:
- Full specs (engine, fuel, colour, VIN if entered).
- Service history — every service the workshop has logged.
- MOT history and next expiry date.
- Photos attached to this vehicle.
Adding vehicles
Vehicles are added by your workshop when they service a car for you. To add a new vehicle:
- Ask your workshop to add the vehicle to your client record.
- Pull down to refresh in the app.
You can’t add vehicles yourself from the customer app — this keeps your service history authoritative and tied to a real workshop.
Family and shared vehicles
A single vehicle can be linked to several clients — useful for family cars or shared fleet vehicles. If your workshop has linked a car to both you and, say, your partner, it appears in both customer apps and both accounts see the same service history.
